Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aurondo("Aurondo", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Aurondo website, dashboard and Expert Advisor (the "Service"). We are the data controller for this data.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Brokerage connection data: your broker server, account login and the account password you provide to connect the EA. The password is encrypted at rest and used only to operate the EA on your account.
  • Trading & account data:your connected account's status, balance and trading activity processed by the EA.
  • Billing data: your Aurondo wallet balance, subscription charges and cryptocurrency deposit records (amounts, status, timestamps). We do not receive or store your card details; deposits are made in cryptocurrency via our payment processor.
  • Affiliate data: referral codes, referrals, commissions and payout details, if you participate in the referral programme.
  • Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address and user-agent (used for security, rate-limiting and abuse prevention), and essential cookies.
  • Communications: messages you send us and emails we send you.

2. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Service, including running the EA on your connected account.
  • To process billing, wallet top-ups and affiliate commissions.
  • To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • To send you service, security and account communications (and, where relevant, product updates you can opt out of).
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal bases (where applicable, e.g. UK/EU GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent (which you may withdraw).

4. How your data is shared

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Trade-execution infrastructure — third-party providers that we use to connect to brokers and execute trades on your connected account.
  • Payment processing — our cryptocurrency payment processor, to create and confirm deposits.
  • Email delivery — our email provider, to send account and service emails.
  • Hosting & infrastructure — our cloud hosting and database providers.
  • Bot protection — our anti-abuse / CAPTCHA provider on public forms.
  • Legal — authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cryptocurrency payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains, are outside our control, and are generally irreversible. Information you place on a blockchain (such as wallet addresses and transaction amounts) may be publicly visible.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, primarily essential ones:

  • An authentication cookie to keep you securely signed in.
  • A short-lived referral cookie to attribute a referral if you arrive via a referral link.
  • Cookies set by our bot-protection provider on public forms.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including AES-256-GCM encryption of brokerage credentials at rest, hashing of passwords and IP addresses, and encryption in transit (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Where your data is processed

Your data may be processed by us and the service providers we use in various locations. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights contact us at support@aurondo.com. If you are in the UK/EU you may also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

11. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
